2. The service

Fluid helps users create, preview, refine, and manage digital product concepts and interfaces with AI-assisted tools. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the service evolves.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your account, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Fluid to:

  • Violate applicable law or the rights of others.
  • Generate, transmit, or store unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as verified, professional, or legally approved output.

5. Your content and generated output

You retain responsibility for prompts, materials, and other content you provide, as well as for reviewing and using any output generated through Fluid. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content to the service.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content produced for others. You should review output before publishing or relying on it.

6. Service availability

Fluid is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated output will meet your requirements.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fluid is provided without warranties of any kind. Fluid and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or output.

8. Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are violated or where necessary to protect the service or its users. We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version with a new effective date.
